Job Description
Key Responsibility
- Global to Regional Deployment: Serve as the bridge between strategic ambition and tactical execution for the South East Asia Cocoa region.
- This role will drive execution at pace, deployment and impact across People, Planet and Performance dimensions.
- Strategic Portfolio Governance: Ensure effective execution of the South East Asia Cocoa Portfolio and Transversal Programs across Sustainable Sourcing (SuSo), Supply, Commercial, R&D, and Plant Science. Data driven portfolio prioritization to ensure most efficient allocation of resources to deliver MCE targets.
- Define and implement an operational framework for governance and execution grounded on current Mars Business Processes (e.g., TRL, QES, MCE strategy & execution, etc). Gatekeeping & Compliance: Drive the regional program review cadence and gatekeeping process.
- Enforce the Mars Signature Process to guarantee rigorous operational and regulatory compliance.
- Leadership Partnership: Partner directly with the Leadership Team to translate MCE strategic goals into trackable milestones, providing critical data-driven progress visibility and decision-making support
- Performance Culture: Design and deliver performance dashboards and reports on project health, compliance and output metrics (on time delivery withing allocated resources) for key stakeholdersWhat We are looking for?
- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in food science, Engineering, life sciences or equivalent.
- Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree or certified courses in business administration, project management, or product development
- Proven experience in program management and transformational enterprise wide initiatives.
- In-depth functional knowledge in portfolio management of complex projects and programs.
- Technical project management and risk management skills are required.
- Experience in working with international teams is preferred.
- Proficient use in Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio and Forms applications.
