#### Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Prior experience working at Big 4 is a plus point.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP or IFRS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a good command of English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
#### Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account balances.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements.
- Manage and maintain accounting records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Coordinate audits and assist auditors with their inquiries.
- Assist in the implementation of new accounting systems and processes.
